Purchasing and Shipping FAQ
1. How long will it take to process my order?
Our lead time to ship for smaller items is 1 - 3 days; for our larger custom items the lead time to ship varies depending upon our production schedule at the time your order is received. We will do our best to meet any deadlines for you.
When orders are received, we email our customers to let them know the status of their order and when we will be ready to ship their order. We also let them know how much the shipping and handling costs will be.
2. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal (please provide your Paypal email address) and well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express (please call us with your account information).We will calculate your shipping costs and email you the total for your order with our best ship date and expected delivery date.
3. Why don't you provide a total price, including shipping and handling?
Our shipping and handling costs vary widely since we sell items that vary greatly in size and weight. We want to keep the shipping costs to a minimum while still protecting the products that you have ordered. We put in the effort to weigh the options for shipping for each order, so we are not able to provide a shipping cost at the time of purchase. We welcome your emails inquiring as to the estimated shipping and handling cost for any order that you are considering placing.
4. How long does it take to make the Malloy Modern Magic props?
The time frame varies and depends on the number of orders in the queue; our lead times are longer before holidays and during the summer; we will definitely try to accommodate your specific requirements.
5. Which items need to be crated and how much does it cost?
The Fire Cage needs to be crated, unless you purchase it with an ATA case. Crating costs vary. We charge only what it costs us to crate the item. Please contact us for a quote.
